No Shows and Late Cancellations

Our office has a strict No Show and Late Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations must be made by calling the clinic at 403-776-2558 or via email at info@forestlawnmedical.com during business hours. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the Friday before during business hours. Any late or same-day cancellations will result in a charge (see below). No further appointments may be booked until the outstanding invoice is paid in full.

No show/Late Cancellation Fee Schedule:

● Regular Appointment: $50
● Meet & Greet Appointment: $100
● Complete Physical or Procedures: $100
● Driver’s Medical Exam: $100
● Completion of Forms/Documents: $100

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a No Show and the appropriate cancellation fee will be applied.
