ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

The Forest Lawn Medical Clinic is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all patients and staff.

The clinic reserves the right to deny services to any individual who engages in the following behaviors towards staff, patients, or physicians:

• Verbal/physical abuse and aggression
• Threats or threatening behavior
• Harassment via telephone, email, or in person
• Disrespectful or demeaning language/comments
• Trespassing and/or unauthorized access
• Breach of security and fraudulent actions
• Throwing or damaging property
• Unwelcome physical contact
• Refusal to leave the premises

Any words or actions that make others feel threatened or demeaned will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken to protect patients and staff. Individuals may be asked to leave the property and may be subject to being removed as a patient from the clinic.
